Cancellation Policy
Cancellation fees apply after booking confirmation, as follows:
- Up to 7 days before: No fee
- 6 to 3 days before: 30% of the total
- 2 to 1 day before: 50% of the total
- Same day: 100% of the total
※ Cancellations due to natural disasters or unavoidable events are exempt from charges.
