The standard fee is ¥10,000 × number of guests.
If the total is less than ¥50,000, the minimum order fee of ¥50,000 applies.

- Send an inquiry with your preferred date, location, and number of guests.
- We propose a tailored plan and quotation.
- Confirm your booking and payment method.
- On the day: the chef arrives, prepares the sushi on site, and handles all clean‑up.
Basic Requirements
- Work space: approx. 50 cm × 50 cm per guest, plus access to running water.
- Beverages are supplied by the host.
- Payment: cash on the day or bank transfer by the previous day.
- All necessary tools and ingredients are provided by us.
