Hello everyone, this is Sushi Hatake! I just returned from a sushi catering trip to Nagoya. Under the beautiful night view of the Nagoya TV Tower, I spent some truly meaningful time, and I’m filled with gratitude.

A Wonderful Customer Experience

This time, I had the honor of serving sushi at a client’s company in Nagoya. The CEO and staff welcomed us with such kindness and warmth—it truly made me happy.

Moments like this remind me that the best part of my job is creating connections through sushi. No matter how tired I am, just hearing “That was delicious!” gives me so much energy.

My Coworkers Were Moved Too

My coworkers, who joined me on this trip, were also touched by how amazing the clients were. After the event, we each went our own way—one returned to the Tokyo office, another stayed to enjoy Nagoya’s local food scene, and I headed back to my family home.

Sharing Edomae-style sushi in Nagoya was a special experience for me. Even though regions are different, the joy of enjoying good food together is universal.

Looking up at the Nagoya TV Tower that evening, I thought, “I really gave it my best today.” The tower’s glow in the night sky felt like the perfect symbol of this successful trip.
